Whether it is a board meeting, a project review or a training session at the conference table – everyone needs to see what it is about. alphadidact® Digital connects the PC, laptop and document camera at the head of the table, the monitors at the seats, the participants’ laptops and the projector into one system. It is operated from a touch panel that asks just one question: what should be shown – and where?
What do I want to show – and where?
On the touch panel, every source has its own card: PC, laptop and document camera. One tap sends it to the projector or to all screens at the table – or both at once, for example the PC on the projector and the document camera on every monitor. Images are transmitted uncompressed and without delay in up to 4K. You control the projector directly from the panel: power on and off, input selection, blank, freeze and volume.
Bringing in participants’ laptops
Every seat at the conference table gets an HDMI connection and its own monitor. When participants bring their laptops, each monitor first shows the laptop at its own seat. When the moderator holds a seat on the touch panel, that laptop becomes the source – and one tap puts it on all screens or on the projector. No software on the laptops, no network and no login: the system works completely independently of the IT infrastructure.
